First Class Post

• We aim to post everything within the time stated in the product descriptionsee the product description for posting times.

• Over 93% of First Class Mail arrives the next working day after posting.

• Royal Mail First Class Post is not a guaranteed next day service; you should allow up to 10 days for delivery.

• Fees for First Class Post

  • Orders up to £15.99 (excluding shipping): £3.99
    

  • Orders £16.00 or over (excluding shipping): Free.

• Sometimes, a package may be too heavy, large, or expensive for First Class Post. If this happens we will send it by a more suitable method (eg signed for, next day, Parcel Force etc.) at no extra cost to you.

• We don't charge extra for Scotland, Northern Ireland, Shetland Isles, Channel Islands or Cornwall.

Next Day Delivery

• We aim to post everything within the time stated in the product description see the product description for posting times.

• Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Day is guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the next working day after posting with some exceptions for certain postcode areas eg the Highlands and Islands - See the full list at the bottom of this page.

• Cut-off time for ordering is 1pm.

• Bank Holidays and Saturdays are not counted as working days.

• Next Day Delivery Fees

  • To give you the best value, fees are calculated as you go through the checkout and are shown in your shopping cart before you pay.

• If your basket is too big or heavy for next day delivery, the option for next day delivery won't appear in the checkout.

Next Day Saturday Delivery

• The same as Next Day Delivery, but Saturdays are counted as working days.

• Fees for Next Day Saturday Delivery

  •  Fees are £2.20 more than Next Day Delivery fees.

Really, Really Urgent Delivery

• If you need something really urgently please call us, we're quite flexible and can usually work something out for you.

Working Days

• Royal Mail don't count Saturdays*, Sundays, or Bank Holidays as working days, even though they may deliver on those days.
