 The soothing lavender and wheat heat pack is 100% natural; it contains no drugs or chemicals. Made from microwave save fleece with a filling of treated wheat grains and dried lavender flowers.

This well proven therapy combines all the benefits of modern hot or cold packs, but with simple and safe natural ingredients and the added bonus of having the suppleness to mould to any part of the body, making it easier to target pain and provide natural relief from everyday aches and pains.

Heat for up to two and a half minutes in a domestic microwave oven (max 900w).*
