Simply Physio Joint Pack

  Practical relief for aching joints...  This was bought for a relative with a swollen, sore knee joint. She loved the idea that it could be frozen or heated to suit and be strapped on. She travels so also welcomed being able to wash the outer cover and use the carry case.She's given up on bags of frozen veg now! Ideal gift choice.   Sally Murphy

  Good pack for joints  I had a strained tendon in my knee and was told by my physio to use a wheat pack. this joint pack is great because of the velco strapping so it stays put. however, it is a chore getting the wheat pack into the case once you take it out! could be designed better.   Ricky Chauhan
